Sunday night I call 988 and ask them to transport me to harborview psychward I stay overnight and my provider came to pick me up in the morning I tell her about brother’s shop at market house of silver and gold pike place market we pass down by the library and go to western and ride the elevator up to 4th floor from hillclimb then we went to pioneer square to catch 99 509 188 back to adult family home I had flashbacks from the time I used to be on the streets I was thinking I had to get to the library bathroom by 6pm before they close and then ride the bus to union gospel mission shelter at 6:30pm to check in for bed
I had veggie sandwich for breakfast I had hotdog for lunch I had a cup of coffee some red koolaid and macaroni and cheese and took some pills the cat provider takes away at my request and they will have a camera in my room on monday

ReplyDeletei need to trim my beard with norelco razor and brush my teeth and clip my nails i don't want to do it now because it awfully quiet and unnerving here i will wait till provider installs the camera in my room i don't want the other guy coming into my room he stole a toothbrush and i suspect shirt from closet empty hanger in the closet cupboard

ReplyDeletethe window screen in the bathroom was taken down and someone had climbed up the garbage cans to enter the building they couldn't fit in through the window then i notice the other guy's window screen had been removed i think he broke in last night after getting locked out the patio door he was talking to the caregiver this morning trying to intimidate the house manager is here and denies promising me to take me to the library today she said it's okay if i go on my own there was a loud bang on the floor right now coming from the guy's room i am sure he is causing some chaos and confusion for the house

ReplyDeletethe computer went blank for 15 mins i turn it off and restart it and it's working again i call catholic office and peer kent they said they have to keep the phone line open for others they said there is just interns there i call navos and they said i have to wait till my next appointment that is wednesday 10:30 am with case manager and thursday 9 am with peer counselor also there is helping hands 12:30 or 1:30 monday with ms laura and thursday 10:30 am with alex he calls this morning and talks with me and david

ReplyDeletei watch ch 4 caregiver watches her own youtube program i watch emergency on metv and hogan's heroes and david muir on ch 4 then turn the tv off and wait for 7pm medication i watch youtube herkishnani playlist in my room and use the computer

ReplyDeletecaregiver wakes me up at 7:30am i have half pink pill and glass water there was no breakfast made so i skip breakfast the house manager is here she said she will take me to the library at 9:50am it's 9:23am now i am dressed the other guy didn't flush the toilet i ask caregiver and she cleans the toilet with blue bottle i use the other bathroom i need to go but am not able to go yet
ReplyDeletei use bathroom and wash up in shower then use the mop to dry the bathroom spilling drops from mop back to the other bathroom then using 2 paper towels to dry the floor caregiver mopped up in the morning already i should have squeezed the mop before taking it to the bathroom anyway the house manager takes me outside at 9:45am we get to the library at 9:52am i wait 7 mins bother the lady with the baby about monday being a holiday then wash my hands in the sink with soap and use paper towels to dry the counter top i am doing everything wrong

ReplyDeletei record the piece of paper on youtube and tried to give the paper to the library they said not if it's relevant to the library i am going to give the paper to house manager when she arrives in half hour i call brother and restaurant owner and catholic office and peer kent sister didn't answer
